The Accommodation consists of: One suite containing a bedroom (king-sized double bed), shower room and sitting room which can easily accommodate a full size single divan so that a family of three can share the suite in comfort. All the rooms of this suite overlook the River Forth to the hills of Fife. One large double bed/sitting room with two twin beds which can be linked to form a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. This is a large room with a very fine view with comfortable seating. All the rooms have television, a bookcase containing a variety of reading material, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities with a selection of fine teas and herbal infusions. There is also all-day parking, available at £7 for 24 hours, to which we direct our guests once they are settled. The New Town was constructed to a single architectural plan between 1750 and 1820. 11 Moray Place, facing south-west, overlooks not only the private gardens to the front of the house but also enjoys a magnificent view over the Firth of Forth from the bedrooms at the back. A key giving access to the gardens and to Lord Moray's Pleasure Garden (17 acres of garden overlooking the Water of Leith) is available for the use of our guests.
